Join us on our Collins Street Sky Terrace for Industry Connect, an evening featuring insights from business leaders on navigating growth, followed by a guided wine tasting.

Growth comes with important decisions and competing priorities.

Hear from senior finance leaders at Bank First and Cobram Estate as they share their experiences navigating growth, balancing profitability and managing complexity, along with key lessons learned along the way.

The discussion will explore:

  • Balancing growth ambitions with profitability and financial discipline
  • Managing the complexity that comes with expansion
  • Building the people, systems and capabilities required to support growth
  • Managing risk and stakeholder expectations while maintaining momentum

Enjoy drinks, canapés and a guided wine tasting with Brave Goose Vineyard!
