Lauren is a lawyer at Kell Moore Lawyers & Conveyancers and practices in the firm’s Wills, Estates and Probate & Estate Litigation Departments....
Lauren brings experience and insight across estate planning and estate administration. Her work includes preparing complex wills, special disability trust wills, testamentary trust wills and powers of attorney, as well as reviewing asset structures, financial documents and trust deeds. She also assists clients applying for probate, letters of administration and survivorship applications. Lauren works with the firm’s head of department with estate disputes and litigation, including family provision claims. She also has experience in property and conveyancing matters which complements her estate work, particularly where real property, farming assets or intergenerational transfers are involved.
