Kaustubh is a Cyber Security and Privacy Risk professional based in Melbourne. He has over 22+ years of experience leading cyber security, resiliency, IT Audit and Assurance engagements in Australia and multiple geographies. ...

He currently leads the Resiliency services portfolio for RSM Australia for its clients in every sector. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ISO 31000 Implementor. During his time at IBM, he worked as a practice leader and member of IBM Cyber Elite team in A/NZ and led a team of specialists across A/NZ region while also directly working on key regional opportunities. He led the business transition for customers for a variety of risk management solutions to help establish IBM as a leader in this space. As an advisory leader, he was responsible for building client relationships, driving key engagements with clients by understanding their business issues and proactively sharing market insights and solutions. He also managed key partner and alliance relationships across the region including capability enablement, go-to-market strategy, and executive coverage on opportunities. Kaustubh has experience working in a wide variety of industries, including Financial Services, Utilities, Government and telecommunications. As a Director, Kaustubh has worked with several clients to assess their compliance with standards and frameworks, develop information security and resiliency management frameworks and provide guidance on how to strive towards industry best practices.
